Natasha Burch APRN, FNP-C
Natasha has worked in the healthcare field for 15 years. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is specialized in pulmonology and critical care. When she is not at Elevate IVy you can find her running, hiking, or spending time with her family on the homestead.
Daniela Moreno BS, PMP
Daniela has 10 years of experience in research project management, working in hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. She helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while cheering on the clinic staff. When she's not working she enjoys running around with her boys, baking, reading, and learning how to do new things- cold plunges included!
Patrick Adamson-Office Manager
Pat is our behind-the-scenes superstar — handling IT, billing, and even keeping things running smoothly as our in-house mechanic. When he’s not keeping Elevate IVy on track, you can find him hiking, diving, or simply relaxing at home.
Stacy Munoz- Reception and Supply Manager
Stacy has over two decades of experience in the medical field, as a surgical tech. Outside of the operating room, you will find her with her loved ones. She enjoys reading, outdoor activities like running and hiking. She is an avid concert goer, with a love for live music. She looks forward to greeting and assisting you at your next visit!
Caala Clang RN, BSN
Caala has been a nurse for 20 years, with experience in interventional radiology and pulmonology. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is currently offering Botox administration. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, traveling, and spending time with her dog, friends, and family. Caala looks forward to helping you with your aesthetic needs!
DeAnn Ostergard RN, BSN
DeAnn comes to Elevate IVy with over 36 years of experience as an RN. She has worked in medical, surgical, pre-op, post-op, and pacu. When not working she loves spending time with family, reading and baking. She is excited for the opportunity to assist you on your wellness journey!
Stephanie Seamann RN, MSN
Stephanie has worked in healthcare for 22 years, specializing in labor and delivery and teaching new nurses at Mid-Plains Community College. She has practiced in aesthetics for the past five years and loves the positive impact it has on her patients and their confidence. Stephanie holds a Master’s in Nursing Education, is a registered nurse, and is currently pursuing her nurse practitioner degree. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, studying, and spending time with her family and pets.
Sydney Vetter RN, BSN
Sydney has been a nurse for a little over a year and a half. She specializes in NICU. When she isn't working you can find her doing a project or snuggled up with her Great Dane. She is excited for this opportunity to serve the community in becoming the best versions of themselves! She can't wait to see you!
Alison Pavelka RN, BSN
Alison has worked in healthcare for 14 years. She specializes in the neonatal intensive care unit, pediatrics, and aesthetics. She comes with an artistic approach to injectables and believes in the safety and precision-helping clients maintain their natural beauty while reversing the signs of aging.
