During this visit, your medical history, health needs, and goals are reviewed to determine whether GLP-1 medication is an appropriate option for you. If eligible, your provider will create an individualized weight-loss plan designed to support your goals.

  • Monthly follow-up via telehealth or in clinic with nurse (required to obtain refills)

  • Quarterly follow-ups with the provider ($25 - required to obtain refills)

  • Medullary Thyroid Disease

  • Family or personal history of Medullary Thyroid Cancer

  • Type 2 Endocrine Neoplasia Syndrome

  • History of Pancreatitis Disease

  • ​History of Gallbladder Disease

  • Gastroparesis

  • Type 1 Diabetes

  • CKD Stage 4-5

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
