Botox Recovery & Maintenance Information

FIRST 24 HOURS: 

  • Keep your head upright for at least 4 hours after treatment.

  • Gently use facial expressions (smile, frown, raise eyebrows, etc.) a few times per hour for best absorption.

  • Avoid vigorous exercise or workouts.

  • Avoid excessive heat or cold (e.g., saunas, hot tubs, sun exposure, ice packs).

  • Avoid hats, headbands, or goggles that press on the face or forehead.

FIRST 2 WEEKS:

  • No facials, waxing, chemical peels, or laser treatments for 2 weeks post-injection.

  • Do NOT massage, rub, or apply pressure to treated areas.

  • Do NOT attempt to "fix" or adjust the treatment before 14 days have passed. Your results are still settling.
